PUBLISHER IEEE CPS:

The IEEE CPS proceedings of CSCI 2018 had been published sometime ago; however, the proceedings was not made available due to the fact that some authors had not provided the IEEE copyright and some others had not followed the IEEE CPS instructions (such as, providing their papers in PDF eXpress format per IEEE instructions). The proceedings of CSCI 2018 is now available for distribution.

Below, you will find the links/portal to the full IEEE CPS proceedings of CSCI 2018.

     1.  https://american-cse.org/csci2018/CSCI_2018_USB.zip The above includes a large zip file (126 MB); it will take a few minutes for your browser to download it. After the download, copy it on to your computer and then unzip the file. You will then see a number of directories created. Select/click the file named "index.html" to access the proceedings. A page will pop-up. Click on "CSCI 2018" (it appears on the far left side of the page) to access the content of the proceedings. The system also provides other tabs (such as: "Author Index", ...).

     2.  https://american-cse.org/csci2018/ This is the unzipped version of the above. Select/click the file named "index.html" to access the proceedings. A page will pop-up. Click on "CSCI 2018" (it appears on the far left side of the page) to access the content of the proceedings. The system also provides other tabs (such as: "Author Index", ...).

Note that when you click on a paper, the system would open it on a new tab on your browser.

The indexing is subject to IEEE CPS and they are managing the indexing (it took IEEE about 9 months to index the 2017 books.) However, I should mention that since its inception, the proceedings of CSCI has always been included into IEEE Xplore; we anticipate the same for CSCI 2018.
